Informational directory only

Find My Chemist is an informational and referral directory. We are not a pharmacy, prescriber, or healthcare provider. We do not sell or dispense medication and do not provide medical advice.

Listings are not endorsements

Pharmacy and business listings are compiled from public sources and self-submissions and may contain errors. Their presence in the directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or verification of any pharmacy, product, or price. Confirm licensure with the applicable state board of pharmacy and verify details directly.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experience. We do not permit fake, incentivized, or misrepresented reviews. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Sponsored content and advertising

Some placements are paid. Sponsored content is labeled as “Sponsored.” Advertised third-party products are offered by the advertiser, not by Find My Chemist, and are subject to the advertiser’s own terms and any applicable use restrictions (for example, research-use-only materials).

Prices

Prices shown may be published by pharmacies or submitted by members of the public. Submitted prices are reviewed for obvious errors before publishing but are not independently verified; all prices may change and are not offers, quotes, or guarantees. If you submit a price, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you grant Find My Chemist the license described in “User content & license” below to host, display, and distribute it.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Find My Chemist, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit information.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Pharmacy-owner accounts may claim and edit a listing only for a pharmacy they are authorized to represent; we may verify and may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

User content & license

You retain ownership of reviews, listings, submitted prices, and other content you submit. You grant Find My Chemist a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content is accurate and lawful.

Acceptable use

Do not post false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; do not scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service; and do not use it to provide medical advice or to sell or facilitate the sale of medication.

Intellectual property

The Find My Chemist name, design, and original content are owned by Find My Chemist and protected by applicable law. Directory data compiled from public registries is provided for informational use.

Copyright / takedown

If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us through the Contact page with the material identified and your contact details, and we will review and act on valid notices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date below; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Find My Chemist is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find My Chemist is not liable for decisions made in reliance on directory information. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider.
